Two contested races on the November ballot being recounted Tuesday afternoon at the Allen County Board of Elections
The first contested race was for the Harrod Village Council seat between Phillip Hughes and Jerry Meaker. Numbers did not change for their race. The second race was for a seat on the Elida School Board Brian Anders
